Who we are

ForOccasion operates foroccasion.com. We help you create greeting cards, digital invitations, and personalized songs. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site.

What we collect

• Account details you provide: name, email, and password (handled by our auth provider).
• Celebration details you choose to save: contacts, dates, messages, uploaded photos, and voice notes.
• Generated keepsakes: card art, lyrics, and songs stored so you can reopen and share them.
• Payment information processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Emails we send through Resend: account mail, occasion reminders you enable, and a weekly inspiration list if you subscribe.
• Basic product analytics via Vercel Analytics (page views, not advertising profiles).

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, generate the card or song you asked for, send reminders you turned on, process payments, and keep the product reliable. Prompts and reference images are sent to generation providers only to fulfill that request.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with operators who run the product for us: hosting, database, payments, email, and AI generation. Gift and invitation links are visible to anyone you send them to. Private share pages are not offered to search engines.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and remember theme preferences. Analytics does not require an ad cookie.

Your choices

You can edit or delete saved cards and profile details while signed in. You can unsubscribe from weekly inspiration from the email or your account. To ask us to delete an account, reply to any ForOccasion account or receipt email.

Children

ForOccasion is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
